Shipping Policy

Upon credit card authorization and verification, orders placed Monday through Friday will ship within 1 to 2 business days with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders placed Saturday, or Sunday will ship the following Monday. If orders are placed on a holiday, orders will ship the following business day.

Upon shipment, all customers will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking to the email provided.

The customer will be emailed the estimated shipping date if an item is backordered. Once the order ships, the customer will be emailed tracking information.

Once orders are processed and prepared for shipment, orders cannot be modified. This includes but is not limited to items orders, shipping address, adding promotional codes, or payment information.

Please take a look at the items when received. If items are received damaged, please email ralphisphotography@gmail.com within two days of receiving your order.
